喜讯，2017年第四届爱尔兰DPA国际摄影联赛结果揭晓，本届大赛由爱尔兰数码影像档案馆(DPA)和塞尔维亚摄影协会，黑山摄影协会共同举办，此次比赛受到美国摄影学会(PSA)、数码影像档案馆(DPA)、黑山摄影家协会、塞尔维亚摄影家协会共同认证。本届大赛属于联赛，由3个比赛组成，每个比赛独立评分，独立颁奖，由IPA国际影赛直通车项目选送的参赛作品再次取得好成绩，其中杨胜华，苗永，熊天翼获奖，同时还有其他参赛影友的67幅作品入围本次大赛，在此衷心祝贺获奖和入围的摄影师，希望再接再厉，取得更好的成绩。
