编号：264 2017年国际儿童摄影联赛（俄罗斯-塞尔维亚）结果揭晓，IPA获得3金5优秀奖

喜讯，2017年国际儿童摄影联赛（俄罗斯-塞尔维亚）结果揭晓，本届大赛由俄罗斯和塞尔维亚的的3个摄影协会（ZAJECAR，PARACIN，PENZA）共同举办，此次比赛受到美国摄影学会(PSA)、英国皇家摄影学会（RPS）、国际摄影家联盟（GPU）、塞尔维亚摄影协会（FSS）共同认证。本届大赛属于联赛，由3个比赛组成，每个比赛独立评分，独立颁奖，由IPA国际影赛直通车项目选送的参赛作品再次取得好成绩，卢泽健，杨辉荣，杨胜华分获金奖，刘健，苗永，郑贤桂分获优秀奖，同时还有其他参赛影友的71幅作品入围本次大赛，在此衷心祝贺获奖和入围的摄影师，希望再接再厉，取得更好的成绩。
